• Location: Poblacion, Caridad, Cavite City
• Established: 1586–1591; one of the oldest parishes in the Philippines
• Architecture: Adobe and stone, simple colonial design

• Location: Near the historic Porta Vaga ruins, Brgy. 39
• Notes: Original shrine site of the Marian image; rebuilt as a memorial chapel
