Ms. Alisa Keith D. Irugin visits her hometown Cavite City and filmed her tourism Video. The 24 year old beauty queen highlighted the beautiful and symbolic places in her video. The food, places, the atmosphere, the people, are shown with a heart, you can really feel the friendly vibe of Cavite City.
Some delicacies has a taste of heritage and history, Caviteños food blends Spanish, Filipino, Chinese, and Mexican Influences; dishes that are iconic, hard to find elsewhere, and full of local pride. Such avory main dishes are Bacalao, Adobo de Carajay, Chicken Pipian, Calandracas, Pancit Pusit, Malabanos, Quesillo, and not to mention some iconic sweets and meriendas like Bibingkoy, Bibingkang Samala, Tamales Caviteños, and Tinapang Salinas.
