Time Storage of unbaked and Baked baking products

The question is, How long should we store yeast, basic muffins, cakes, cookies and brownies, ad pies before baking in order to produce a real good pastry product? Here are some time storage tips  for easy baking results.

YEAST
 YEAST BREADS UNBAKED
          Short-term storage method (overnight):
Refrigerate at 36°-38° F overnight. Remove from refrigerator, proof and bake.
Long Term storage method: 
suggested storage life is 2:4 weeks wrap with a moisture
proof vapor proof material. Remove from freezer and store and
retarder 24 hours proof and bake.

YEAST BREADS - BREAD
 Short-term storage method (overnight):
store in closed cabinet at room temperature to prevent drying out, or wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Long Term storage method:
week wrap with moisture proof vapor proof materials remove from the freezer

BASIC MUFFINS
UNBAKED
Short-term storage method (overnight): 
refrigerate for future baking. The remove from refrigerator and bake
Long Term storage method: 
1 week. Remove from freezer and bake.

BAKED
Short-term storage method (overnight):
Store in closed cabinet at room temperature to prevent drying out, or wrap and refrigerate overnight
Long Term storage method:
2-4 months

Long Term storage method: 
We do not suggest freezing unbaked cake batters

Long Term storage method:
4-6 months

Long Term storage method:
4-6 months

PIE CRUST AND PIES
UNBAKED

refrigerate entire pastry or weigh into desired size pie crust and refrigerate
Long Term storage method: 
2-4 months

PIE CRUST AND PIES - BAKED
Short-term storage method (overnight):
store pie crust and pies in closed cabinet or wrap and store at temperature
Long Term storage method:
