Call Center Interview Pointers

In every interview the interviewer will ask you to tell a bit something about yourself, so you need not to panic but to remain calm and most importantly you should keep it short and simple but compelling.

Q1: Would you rather to be liked or be feared? "Neither, I'd rather be respected"

Q2: If the interviewer ask you if you have any question to ask them, what will be your answer? "How soon could I start , if I were offered the job? ; If I got hired what would I be working on?"

Q3: WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST WEAKNESS? " "

Q4: Why did you choose to apply here in our company?

Q5: WHY DID YOU DECIDED TO BE INTERVIEWED FOR THIS POSITION? For increased responsibilities and challenges and my desire to be part of a growing firm.

Q6: TELL ME SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF?
Hard worker, quick and eager learner, pays attention to details. I am versatile and can perform well alone and with my co-workers.

Q7: HOW WILL YOU DECRIBE THE COLOR BLACK TO A BLIND CUSTOMER?
Mr. Customer, the best description of the color black is like your world.
