What is a chess?
A chess is a two-player strategy board game, it is derived from an Indian game sometimes before the 7th century when it reached Europe by the 9th century due to the Umayyad conquest of Hispania. The modern rules of the game chess is standardized in the 19th century. Now the game chess is now a worldwide game and is included in the world olympics.
Some countries have their own version of chess such as xiangi (Chinese chess), janggi (Korean chess). shogi (Japanese Chess) and other similar chess games invented from around the world.
The chess can be played in a form of a board game or play chess online or offline via computer app.
