ERASE ALL
1. Dial ##
2. Hold ALT key and
while typing RTN
3. Press talk/call
icon
4. Programming info
screen will appear
5. You’ll be
needing the MSL (Master Subsidy Lock) and you’ll have to call your service
provider to get the MSL of your phone/handset.
6. enter the MSL
code and pop-up message will appear that says: “Restoring the device to Factory
Default will erase all Personal Information.
7. Highlight/choose
continue then press trackpad … the Blackberry will start to wipe the phone. The
screen will be white with a status track bar showing the status of device wipe.
8. When wipe is
complete, the phone will reset. This may
take a couple of minutes
9. Once the handset
powers on, turn on the mobile network Hands Free Activation will start again.
