If you are a smart mobile subscriber and someone sent you an MMS you can go to this link at smart.com.ph/mms then you will be re-directed here http://203.172.14.238:8080/web2mms/. It says here to type your cellphone number and password.
Off course you don't have a password, just click on the "forgot password" text at the upper right corner of the web page.
Then type your mobile number and a text message will be sent to your cellphone number.
Use the password to enter/ log-in to the account to view your MMS.
