Dave Malia Manalo is a candidate for the position of Sanggunian ng Bayan Councilor for the town of Noveleta, Cavite; under the Political Party MAGDALO. He is one of the few politicians who has a good heart in serving the people. His intentions are true and willing to serve the people FAITHFULLY.
As of now he is serving as Barangay Kagawad at Brgy. San Rafael 3, Noveleta, Cavite, being elected as Topnother Councilor 3 Terms in a row.
