PVC SHEETS PROJECT IDEAS

There are a lot of products from a PVC sheet, not just making ID. Enumerated here are the possible projects you can do with PVC Sheets. And take note that using a competitive laminator is key to a nice PVC products.

I use to make school ID's and souvenirs such as PVC refrigerator magnet, keay chainesm organization activity bracelets and here are their custom image sizes :

About the printer ink to be use, you should use PIGMENT INK. By using this type of ink in your printer, it is proven and tested that your printouts will last for more than 15 years; Pigment ink are water proof ink even when your PVC ID is soak to a running washing machine.

Printer settings:

PAPER SIZE / CANVASS SIZE

Heat Press 8.5" x 11.50 /  8.25" x 11.75" PVC  A4 / 11.4" x &.16  

Take note the the image must be in mirror image setting of just flip the image (hotizontal or vertical)
