Keisuke Yamada a Japanese Banana Food Artist

The man behind the banana sculpture that becomes an internet sensation is non other than Mr. Keisuke Yamada of Japan. He carved his designs using spoon and toothpick.
He really enjoys making a banana come to life by sculpting faces, usually it takes him 30 minutes to finish the sculpture then took a photograph of it and post it online. He eats all the bananas afterwards before it rots.

Some of  the characters, architecture, and even celebrity faces he created so far are: Homer Simpson, Marg Simpson, Castle, The Terminator Robot, Dragon, Fun faces, Prince William, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, Davey Jones of the Pirates of the Carribean, and the Legendary Elvis Presley.

Poseidon with five horses is his most ambitious work so far, took him 2 hours to make, and wishes to make more models  in the future.
